BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
All liveaboard bookings require a 20% deposit within 21 working days of making reservation. Bookings can not be confirmed until both deposit and a written intent
(Email or fax) have been received by Murex.
Bookings should be made in advance by fax or E-mail. It is very important that if you do not receive E-mail response within 24 hours (except weekends), to please resend E-mail or alternatively send a fax.
In North Sulawesi we have antiquated telephone lines. Internet service providers are not 100% reliable.
Full payment is required before guest(s) arrive.
In case of cancellation by guest, the following rules apply:
Counting back from date of arrival
120 days or more: deposit returned minus 10% administrative fee
60 - 120 days: 50% deposit returned; ½ deposit may be applied to future cruise
30 - 60 days: 25% deposit returned, ½ deposit may be applied to future cruise
Less than 30 days: No deposit returned, ½ deposit may be applied to future cruise
Suggestions to ensure better service
· Please provide full names of all passengers
· Indicate if guest are a couple and if they want a double size bed
· Send flight details
Please inform us of any special requests from the guest(s)
All prices include full board accommodations, airport transfers, tanks and weights for Unlimited Diving.
The following additional information is required for liveaboard cruises:
1. Experience level of divers including
· Certification level & agency
· Date of most recent ocean dive
· Experience with currents
· Night dive experience
2. Ever before been on a liveaboard dive boat
3. Ever before been to Indonesia or a developing country
4. Special dietary requirements
5. Photographers
** Passenger / rooming list must be submitted 07 days before date of cruise departure. Also at this time, please provide any information concerning special requests.
